Victoria R. Santos joined ACNielsen Singapore in August 2004 as the Executive Director of Customised Research Services. Prior to this, Vicky had been with ACNielsen Taiwan for over 10 years where she headed Customised Research as Executive Director since 1999.
Vicky started her career in market research with ACNielsen Philippines in 1985. In 1987-1993, she was with the marketing research unit of San Miguel Corporation, the Philippines’ largest food-and-beverage corporation. This combined agency and client involvement has allowed her to gain a keener appreciation of marketing and brand-management issues.
In the past 19 years, Vicky's market research experience spans across a broad range of applications as well as industries, ranging from fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, finance, IT, telecommunications and durables sectors.
Vicky graduated with honors from the University of the Philippines where she majored in Communication Research and minored in Sociology.
